Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 rutabaga
Select spices
Select oil
1 packet of Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili Mix
1 green onion
Preparation
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°
Cut up the rutabaga into 2 cups of fries
Season with select spices
Drizzle fries with 1-2 tsp of select oil
Mix fries well with select oil and spices
Place fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 400°, until they are golden brown and crispy
Chop up green onion while fries are baking
Meanwhile, gently heat up Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili Mix, as per instructions on packet
When fries are ready, pour chili over fries and garnish with chopped green onions
Enjoy!
